Founder & CEO

Bishop AH Nenngwekhulu

Bishop AH Nenngwekhulu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AH Nenngwekhulu Leadership Foundation established in January 2025. He is Passionate about Leadership, Mentorship, Lecturing, Training and Skills Development. He is experienced in Generic Counselling, EAP/Wellness Services, HIV/AIDS Counselling and Management, Stress Management, Mediation and Research with relevant Qualifications and Expertise. He is Self-Employed in Health Sector as one of the Registered Allied Health Professionals with Relevant Bodies /Councils.

Apart from his Passion relating to the above, He is the Presiding Bishop of Christian Worship Centre International in the City Of Johannesburg and Pastoring the Christian Worship Centre Johannesburg based in Soweto, Meadowlands Zone 4 in Gauteng Province, South Africa. He has been in Ministry for over two (2) decades. He is a Word-Based Minister whose Operations are Guided by God’s Word.

Pastor MJ Mafhungo

Pastor MJ Mafhungo is the visionary founder and lead pastor of Throne of Grace Worship Centre International, established in 2018. He holds a Diploma in Theology from Living Word Theological Institute and brings together over five years of professional experience in marketing and management with decades of ministry leadership.
His journey in ministry began on 4 June 1998, when he dedicated his life to the service of God. By 6 July 2004, he had stepped into pulpit ministry, where he has continued to impact lives through preaching, teaching, and mentorship. Between 2006 and 2015, he served as Youth Chairperson in his local church, nurturing young leaders and shaping the next generation of ministers. Many of those he mentored have since become pastors and founders of churches.
His leadership capacity was evident from his school years. In secondary school, he established the Learning Christian Movement (LCM), and during his tertiary studies, he founded LCO, a campus movement that drew an audience of over 400 people, including lecturers, heads of departments, and students.
As one of the Executive Directors of the AH Nenngwekhulu Leadership Foundation, Pastor MJ combines his pastoral calling, leadership experience, and organizational expertise to mentor, equip, and raise ethical leaders for both ministry and society at large.

Pastor Moses N

Pastor Moses N. serves as a Founder and Lead Pastor of a thriving and prominent church and serves with a heart for building God’s Kingdom in diversity where his exceptional leadership abilities are evident through significant community and individual impact; These Pastoral responsibilities are evenly balanced with his role as a married family man who is committed to his family.
He brings a unique blend to the Pastoral calling, Executive leadership, and Educational excellence.

In the Corporate World ,his professional profile is characterised by being an experienced mining leader with a strong skill set in several key areas; including Collaborating with C-Suite Executives to establish and drive organizational vision and operational strategy.
He is able to translate corporate strategy into actionable operational steps, including goal-setting, performance management, and the annual business planning process, managing and extending the Life of Mine. Overseeing mining complexity and enhancing employee productivity while fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity and accountability.
Navigating African nationals and business regulations and ensuring disciplinary measures are enforced according to company governance guidelines and protocols.

Pastor Moses N. has a strong commitment to continuous learning passionate about Ministry, Business and Education and His academic journey is a colourful one as he holds several qualifications from holding a BTech in Mining Engineering to a prestigious Global Executive Development Programme and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Philosophy in Corporate Strategy.

He started his mining career as a Learner Official Mining and worked through up the rank to become a Manager Operations, and currently is in the office of a Vice President and Head of Mining Operations-Beatrix Gold Mine Complex, overseeing workforces of over 9,500 employees.
His exceptional work has been recognized with an award from the South African Institution of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) Mine Safe Award for the Best Improved Mine Operations. He has extensive experience in organization and efficiency, understanding of business strategy and practice, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of highly skilled people, while being an analytical thinker, pro-active, and detailed oriented.

His proven ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and manage performance, informs his approach to church leadership and ministry development. He bridges the gap between biblical principles and modern leadership challenges as he brings unique perspective to leadership development and servitude drawing from his experience as a Church leader, Business and Professional background.

Director & CFO

Rotondwa Matambela

Rotondwa Matambela, CA(SA), serves as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the AH Nenngwekhulu Leadership Foundation. She matriculated top of her class and went on to obtain a BCom Accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences at the University of South Africa. Having successfully completed both SAICA board examinations, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Her professional journey spans both local and international experience in external auditing and financial management. Rotondwa has worked with respected firms such as Deloitte, the Auditor-General of South Africa, and senior-level audit practices in the United States. She has also served as a junior financial manager and currently works as a Financial Accountant at one of South Africa’s leading IT public entities.

At AH Nenngwekhulu Leadership Foundation, Rotondwa leverages her expertise in financial governance, accountability, and strategic management to safeguard resources and ensure transparency for all stakeholders. Her leadership reinforces investor confidence, ensuring that every contribution to the foundation delivers measurable, lasting impact.

Mashudu Mphaphuli

Dr. Mashudu Mphaphuli is a pharmaceutical scientist and licensed pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rhodes University (2018), where he was inducted into the Golden Key Honour Society, and a Master’s in Pharmacy (cum laude, 2021), with award-winning research in pharmaceutical sciences. His innovative PhD work on bone tuberculosis led to his selection by Novartis Pharma in 2023 to collaborate on drug development in Basel, Switzerland. He also contributes to the design of clinical trials and continues to practice as a community pharmacist, integrating research with real-world healthcare. As a member of the foundation, Dr. Mphaphuli brings strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and a strong commitment to innovation, mentorship, and community impact.

Naho Makumbane


Naho Makumbane is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling youth-founded ventures. He serves as the Executive Director of Royal Ashes Company, a youth-driven enterprise that has successfully secured over R100,000 in funding, demonstrating his ability to translate ideas into sustainable business opportunities.

He is also the Executive Director of the Ah Nenngwekhulu Foundation, where he oversees Public Relations and Digital Transformation, driving innovative strategies that expand the foundation’s reach and impact. As the Founder of Mubonyolosi Inc (est. 2019), Naho has further showcased his entrepreneurial spirit, establishing a platform focused on growth, empowerment, and transformation.

Recognized for his leadership and communication excellence, Naho has been awarded Best Presenter in Business Management (MECN4036), Best Student Communicator in Design (MEC3009), and Best Presenter in Organizational Behaviour. He was also named First Runner-Up in the Wits Development and Leadership Unit’s Emerging Leaders Program, reflecting his ability to inspire and influence in diverse spaces.
